Someone posted a while back, an antenna mast or should I say antenna stub that was about 1" long. Any info or pics would be helpful .

The Perrin shorty antenna is the shortest one I've seen. This is the link, look under Lancer EVO8. Supposed to be there but I can't locate it.

I just used my cell phone antenna w/adapter from radio shack It's from the T-mobile style Motorolla 720i and is a good color match for the CS.

 

I also have the "Perrin" Antenna from JSC Speed. I am sure you could send an email to: Chris@JSCSpeed.com if you can find it on their site. The cost in December 2003 was $27 + S/H/I

 

Around my house (way south of Miami, about 25 miles out of the city), not much. But as I leave the house within a few miles (3 or 4) the reception gets better.

I use it because 90% time I listen to CDs. I keep the medium size one, shorter than OEM but longer than this in the glove compartment in case I have a "radio" emergency...

 

Thew one someone posted a while back was even shorter!

how is the reception and fit compared to the s2000 antenna?

 

I was just about to say, try an S2000 antenna. My buddy did it on his Z32. Looks great although reception may not be quite as good as his OEM one...

 

i tried the s2000, but it doesnt fit perfectly. its alittle bigger so id rather get a perfect fit if possible

I have that antenna, you can buy from off of Ebay...

They are from a German Company called Inovenda.de...
