Looks good..Love the wheels what are they called and cost??
But jut curious..Why would you paint CF kit that is CF over Fiberglass...there is no weight reduction and the CF is simply for the look..

Those wheels are the RO_JA R2-5. Does the kit come in just fiberglass w/o the CF?

Well first off thanks.

The wheels are the RO_JA R2-5 by Rays Engineering. I pmed you our price.

The full carbon looked unfinished to me. Others love the way it was before but everyones different.

I like the clean look so I painted over the carbon to give the car some lines. I left some of the carbon fiber exposed to show its beauty on the front lip, sides, and rear.

I added the body kit for looks and durablity. The side skirts were fully replaced and weigh lighter then the stock urethane ones.

CF is stonger then fiberglass. The constuction of this kit is carbon fiber with a gel coat (not carbon over fiberglass).

One of the first kits that really flows with the Z's lines.

Nice job on the painting too. Love the little bits of CF that are showing. Side skirts are unbelieveable! Clean and low.

Nice job all around

I agree the unpainted CF pics look unfinished but I think I prefer that over the painted. It looks very stock when painted. You loose a lot of the orginality.

She is still hot though! but you could miss the side skirts if u r not looking for them.

Excellent decision on painting the kit. It was kinda cool before, now it's like Bruce Lee cool. The wing/kit combo compliment each other very well.

Thumbs up

That looks SWEET, Paul. I love how you painted the rear, makes the Z look more "complete" than stock.

Question Quick NewB ?

Red6 or Anyone Else who knows -

Is there a way to mold your Carbon Creations W-1 kit to the front and rear bumbers?

In the past I have seen fiberglass bodykits that have been molded but not CF...I doubt CF can be molded, but I would still like a definite answer.

Thanks.

You can mold a CF kit but it would have to be painted where the contact points are.

Most shops use bondo or fiberglass to mold on body kits. Those contact points would have to be blended in by being painted.

A good shop could do it they would just have to paint a clean line to make it look blended.

So hence its possible (I never seen it done with CF though).
