My emails have gone unanswered as well. Glad to know I'm not the only one.

Personnally i would want to think about lack of responce before the sale and wonder what service after the sale might be like. Who knows, but i would wonder.

we return e-mails, we just try to separate "hey i want skyline lights for my civic, y0" e-mails.. from serious ones. so, to not waste resources.. we dont list our contact information. nothing against good customers, but we have to focus on people who are serious.

if you followed the directions on our contact page, we'll respond. we returned from SEMA this week and have been playing catchup. once we're back up and running, we'll respond.

I am serious, and would like to think that most of the Z people are serious about doing quality and sensible mods to their cars. Not hacking them up like (most) of the Honda crowd. Anyway,I sent you guys an e-mail with pictures of my car back in September asking whether it would be possible to get them done before SEMA actually, but never got a response and I didn't want to begin to seem pushy so I gave up. I am still interested in getting them done though so I will send another e-mail.

No hard feelings,
Chad

Well since I haven't gotten a response I guess I'll post my question here.

Do you have to send clear corners your existing headlights for them to do the work or do they send you completed headlights?

And the quality is great. Turnaround time can vary based on their workload. Be prepared to be without your lights between 2 and 6 weeks.

Incorrect. We stock all the OEM lamps for the G35 sedan/coupe, 350Z, and various other vehicles as well -- this eliminates downtime for street cars.

However, if you are particular about the condition of the lamps, we strongly recommend sending us your originals for conversion. This also eliminates the need to leave a deposit for the cores, which can be rather pricey on HID-spec headlamps.

hksjza70, I know what that can be like, I had to go through some times where I didn't hear from Mike for a while. The last email I sent him was never replied to. I do know that he works in CA, maybe you can just drive to his shop? If you do, then I would ask you to ask him to reply to my previous email. Thanks.

I'll stand by my earlier statement, very poor customer service before the sale , good luck after. Just my opinion.
