Default Removing center console/dash/radio in 07

Hey guys, I just got a Neo Pro Link iPod adapter. I want to install it, but I do not know how to remove my dash. I have searched and browsed audio forums and interior forums and all I can find is how to remove earlier dashes (apparently they are different now?). I tried to follow their instructions as close as possible, but where earlier dashes have screws, the 07 does not! If you can help, please do Thanks so much!

I have a 2007, 6mt, base, non bose.

thats the write up I tried to follow. The whole area around the shifter is different in the 07. Also, when he removes the rubber mat out of the navi compartment, he then removes screws....mine does not have screws under that mat

I have an 07 and its pretty much the same thing except when when you take the console part around the shifter off you'll also have to pull out the plug for the emergency lights. once you get that off you can pretty much just pull out the upper half and pull out the plug for the gauges at the top (that one is a pain the ***)

It is not as hard as you guys are making it out to be. It is actually a very easy dash to take apart. The screws directly above the radio in the cubby hole are behind two plastic pieces that you have to pop out after you take the mat out. Here are the instructions directly from the Metra kit (99-7602).
