I had intended on getting this refinished or painted but I decided to get an 06+ bumper instead. IT IS NOT PERFECT! It has the following wear and tear:

-sun fade
-rock chips (some down to the carbon fiber)
-stress cracks in the clear coat
-minimal scratches on the bottom as I am not slammed

I tried to get all the blemishes pictured so there are no surprises. I have not put any cleaning or wax product on the lip in the past few months so what you see is what you get. It does look better with a nice coat of liquid wax. Make no mistake, you can't see most of the imperfections from 5 feet away so you can install this and be on your way.

The positives:

-becoming increasingly rare
-it is very sturdy, you do not hear any cracking by twisting it back and forth
-great candidate to be restored or painted
-includes a BRAND NEW extra Veilside emblem w/ adhesive backing

I am getting a 72x24x6 box specifically made for this, feel free to gather your own shipping quotes; it won't weight more than 10 lbs. USPS will not ship due to the dimensions, FedEx & UPS consider this a large package and I am willing to use Greyhound but only if it is fully insured.

I actually considered wrapping it in CF 3M as a cheap alternative.

i used to have the same one but went with a Veilside fiberglass one instead since drive way was to steep and kept scraping it....

 

Not to crap on your thread but would you or anybody that will see this know where I can find a cheap replica of this lip please lol.I am pretty damn low and would not want to wreck such an awesome crafted peice.But still want the same look do.This is the best and cleanest lip ever
