Hi guys, I have a seibon carbon fiber hood on my 04 silverstone that I'm looking to trade. I've never really been into the carbon fiber look (bought this Z with the hood already installed) and would prefer a stock hood. Being that my Z is my daily driver I really would prefer a local transaction, unless you are willing to ship first and wait for me to install and ship this hood to you. I'm located in central NY, my zip is 13027. I don't want to have to have the hood repainted so silverstone is a must. The fitment on my car is pretty good and there is barely any flex at high speeds. The hood does have a few issues, there is a small crack in the clear coat from the previous owner pushing down too hard. Also the clear coat has begun to fade. I think the pictures show it pretty well although some of it is just reflection from the angle of the sun. I believe you could have it wet sanded and re-cleared. I spoke to my body guy about it, but opted not to, because again, I would rather have a stock hood. My number is 315-681-0071 for anyone interested, thanks.
