ESPO was looking for people to help him out with info and you gave him your input. Why does it matter that David responded as well? I'm truly curious as to why you're so mad about this situation.
Davidv's post was only two minutes after yours. It's very possible that both of you read the original request at the same time then started your replies at the same time and you finished your post before him.
I've see this happen more than once where I read a post and start a reply and by the time I submit my post, another one has dropped in before me.
Then again, maybe Davidv does have you on his ignore list. In which case maybe the more appropriate title should be "The down side to being ON the IGNORE list".
