I want to delete my account so I stop getting the emails, is this possible, or do I have to physically un-subscribe to all of my threads?

 

Are you talking about the emails notifying you that there's a new response in your subscrbied thread? If so, you can disable that feature by turning off the email notification in your "User CP -> Edit Options -> Messaging and Notification"
