so anyhow this is a pm i got from a mod threatening to ban me for "stalking" this *** and my response. i would ask all that have taken issue with this asshat to post in here.


Stalking ***. I was in great falls for my new store that was opening... The little son of a ***** threatend to beat me with a bat and ya"ll didnt do a ****ing thing about it.. He posted his address and happens to live in Great Falls. So i drove by the god damned address to see if he really had the nuts to post his address online... This guy has posted pictures of dicks on peoples parents in off topic, he has threatened a site sponsor, he has threatened 5 or 6 others, he has started crap with everyone in the forum and yall arent doing dick about it! Now i dont know what the **** this guy is doing to stay here but myself and over 30 others have posted asking to get rid of this trouble maker. We have pm'd and asked and yet this *** is still here and members such as myself and others that have been here for years are the ones that are getting banned..
You know i really dont care what you do with me, but this clown should have been gone 4 months ago as soon as he registered.

Im posting this in the forums for everyone to see as well.

I agree with you John. There are way too many trolls allowed free reign of the board. They bash sponsors and when you retort you get the typical "wow...thats unprofessional for a sponsor" comment.. I mean cmon, we sell car parts not nuclear warheads...

 

i just recieved another threat from a mod to leave this alone and im not as i think this is something that needs to be discussed between all the open forum. i was also told i dont have permission to post his pm's? well im going to post all correspondance for the rest of the forum to judge for themselves.

this guy has threatened numorous people with weapons and such but nothing is being done and im the one stalking.

 

actually i have posted the pm to let the other forum members see what has been said since nobody is doing anthing to get rid of this kid..

i have not "stalked any of his threads. i simply hit the tool provided by this site that says NEW POSTS and i post in the ones of interest to me. pretty simple. some of them happen to have his posts in them. which since he has been a member for about 4 months and has thousands of posts its pretty hard to not post in a thread he has posted in.... HE POSTS IN ALL OF THEM!
i have been warned one time in one of his threads. WHERE ARE THE NUMOROUS WARNINGS?
then you tell me i do not have your permission to post your pm in the forums? get real.... i can and will post ALL CORESPONDANCE i have with you or anyone else in the open forum. from what i have seen everyone has a rite to post anything they want in the forums and nothing will be done about it... hell me and 2 other members were threatend with bats and nothing was done. so im sure i have the rite to post a pm....

i dont have any problem with you or any other mod in here. and i actually think you are pretty cool, but im not going to be told what can and cant be posted by you when discussing a known problem to the forums. im posting it in the correct forum and following forum rules in the posts.

nobody in here understands why this kid is being protected and i believe it needs to be discussed.

 

and again im not out to cause problems on the board but it needs to be discussed and im putting it in the proper section of the forum.

kinda weird to ban the sponsor that pays the site and has been here for years. and keep the kid who just joined that know one likes.. hmm interesting.

 

I am with you guys! All of the newbs seem to get so much free reign because of our facepaint days! Its seems like its ripe to mask up once more and support the ones who support the site and give to the community!

I haven't read any of his threads, but if it comes down to a no good "non paying" member and a paying sponser. Something has to be done mods. Ban, restict. Whatever. Show the site you guys mean business!!

 

First and most importantly, none of you have the duty, right or privilege to decided who stays on this board or who should be banned or chased away. Period. End of discussion!

If you run across a member who you feel is clueless, stupid, foolish, you have one simple option - you just ignore them. Either by not reading their posts and messages or actually adding him to your ignore list so you don't even have to see his posts. You are not allowed to harass them, follow them around the board (stalk) and trash their posts, or incite other members to do the same. All you're doing is giving them the attention they want.

If you see a member who is violating the TOU, you have one simple option - you can report the post. That person will be warned and appropriate penalties will be added to their warning level which eventually lead to a ban. If someone is truly problematic, they will eventually hang themselves. We don't need a lynch mob to handle that task.
