Honor among Vendors? I guess not here.

The kids read this crap and then take it as gospel and go out and buy these parts. It is a sad industry, based on how you market your product rather than how your product actually works.. When a kid buys a part online and that part is marketed to be the same exact parts Steve Papadakis runs on his 6 second Honda, with "off the shelf" parts, it is truely decietful..

Anyway, I see where you were right and I wasn't. Right now for me to swap from a Z to a GTO and do initial mods on the GTO will cost me so much, I may as well stick to the Z. Quite frankly, I am so sick of this topic, I am officially resigning from the modding of anything for now. If I ever get interest in this again, I'll just call you with a budget, give you the car and $$ and pick up the car later. Let it be your headache of which parts to chose.
If the engine blows, it blows, what can we do? That's what the credit cards are for.

Whatever that's supposed to mean.

If you gave two ****s less about sales and cared more about passion for the car community you obviouly won't strive to sell your product and get your business runing to its max potential. Priority is selling and making profit. Not the "love" you have for the community. You run a business primarily because you'd like to profit from it (i hope so)
You're whining yet not even marketing your product. Truth is consumers could be educated or not but IMO you could still be successful and instead of whining, use a positive strategy. I don't hear other sponsors *****ing but doing the best they can to sell and thriving. If you can't handle the competition you won't stay on top.
Be proactive..

nothing wrong with competition, that what the free economic world is all about...
that said you should support original parts and not ebay fakes. the competition should be on the orignal parts or parts you develop to compete againt them, i dont see whats wrong with it
