I think it would be neat to either do a poll or something and actually determine who does have the hottest different color Z, and do some kind of feature for the winners. I don't know, just a thought I had!

 

make 3 groups, street driver coupe, rag-top , and track racer

that way you can vote for something filled with stickers and a wing off the space shuttle...as well as something you wouldn't be embarresed driving to trafic court.

This is something the site needs more of

On the RX7 Forums, people would submit their rides to a group of people (that group would rotate I think?), and there would be a car of the month, by model (FC, FD etc). My brothers FC won one month and he even got a neat little trophy as a result - pretty cool IMHO. Then you archive the past winners into a seperate gallery

 

yeah, why not? then after having those thread open for say... a month, take the winners from each color and have one ultimate super cool my350z.com member ride! lol

 

the RX7 guys didn't even do it by color...they just did it by chassis code (so the 79-85 guys had their own, the 86-91 guys had their own, etc. But by color could work too, just going to be alot of work to sort through

I think we could just do hottest monthly roadster and coupe, mjaybe with a runner up for each, and then those cars at the end of the year get entered for hottest car coupe, hottest car roadster

 

I think having a Ride of the Month feature would be good. Maybe do a small interview with the owner and stuff.

However, I do not suggest using pictures in the "Hottest color thread" because some of those cars are almost stockish. Instead, I would have people submit 2-3 pictures of their ride and mod list (doesn't have to be EVERYTHING, but everything major).

 

When will this take place? There's a huge surprise coming and I don't want this to happen before then.

I never spoke of a surprise. This was the first time and it doesn't relate to me (so I can't say). My goals are simple - make my car faster while looking as stock as possible. That means my car won't win anything like this.

So, when are you gonna tell me what they are?

 

damn this is a good idea... im down... lol but damn..... im no where near my car and its in bad shape right now due to my side skirts and rear lip bein messed up so i cant do this.... errrrrrr
