Some Suggestions/Feedback for the Moderators
I agree with Shariff on the up rise of rudness on here. I have noticed people getting insulted for a misspelled word. Come on thats taking it alittle far. I'm all for giving friends a hard time but the things that get said on here sometimes are just plain mean. I don't know about ya'll but I'm not on here to bully or be rude to people. I'm on here to be around Z people. I guess sometimes thats all some of us have in common.

i recently had a lil argument with you on a thread and its was decently on topic i think... and in the end it was all good i belive... while i admit it might have gotten tense there for a moment... it got keep in the realm of the thread and cooled of in the end..... i think the problem is when you truly see to much major "nuthugging" lol or ... the arguing get too personal etc....

+1.... IN any case with the "nut hugging" and all... you have no control over it... no shop has control over if their customers "coming" out of left field against other shops etc, etc, etc.... I don't think you or other shop encourage their customers to make some of the posts that take place...and yeah, eventually the vendors get sucked in to the "meele"...
what i do agree th most here is that the "we are better than everyone else"attitude just needs to stop"
Arguments and some drama will always happen on this forums because of the way the business works...so i think if everything stays on topic with the arguing then its "ok" and relativly politely, its when it gets too personal where the problem lies...

I still think my original post is valid, and now that others have a taste of the insults, hopefully everyone can recogonize that the forum will seriously be a better place, if everyone just showed a little restraint, and little more respect to one another. When something goes wrong, there is a tendacy for everyone to pile in....and its not right, IMHO.
I agree with the OP to some extent. Im all for arguing if the point is valid. The problem is the douches who make threads are so ridiculous that even Hillary Clintons comments would seem normal!!! Also, im all for bashing someone if they put on chrome rims, lambo doors etc but some of it has gotten out of hand. We even have shop owners who get their parts at COST bagging on people who dont spend 4k on their rims, etc. But once again, this is the internet and opinions will be heard. Just try to get rid of the "Is a Women a Baller" threads, ban the trolls and all will be good.

^personally, i like all the insults and rudeness. It shows that Z owners are quick-witted, smart, funny, and will not let even the smallest amount of stupidity slip through the cracks without a proper comment, correction, or hilarious retort (this keeps people from asking dumb questions or making dumb comments). I laugh my head off when people get lit up for the retarded things they say. I vote for more vulgarity and rudeness.

Personal attacks against each other is what bothers me the most about this place.. It just fosters more and more hostility, ruining the board for everyone.. And moderators just thumb their nose to the problem.. It's gotten worse and worse through the years .. The FI forum has become a joke.. I hate wading through 16 pages of BS to find the one bit info I need there.. The 16 page bashing threads should never even exist IMHO.. Forum needs better moderation.
And please someone fix the search.. it's the most horrible search engine I've ever seen in a forum.. I've noticed n00b activity increased 10x since Jan 1st.. so much that i had to disable my PMs with questions like what's your body kit (nismo lol).. it would sure clean up a lot of the really stupid threads too if this was fixed...
