Can we create a "half asian" only section with password lock?

Can we create a "half asian" only section with password lock?
I just wanted to go on record that I feel private passworded sections is absurd.
If we are going to have one for females, then there should be one for men.
If we are going to have password protected sections for male/female, lets have it for every other group too.
Whats next "Elite Premier Super Membership Alpha 2 Zero" where even premier members have to pay money to access some new section?

what exactly IS the girl only section for? male ****?
