Just wanted to add my spare change to this thread:
Do some of you forget that most of the moderators (and even admins) on this site basically just started as regular members?
Moderators are not paid. We are real people, we did not come from heaven above to serve, we came from below and we became moderators because we know the forum better than anyone. We do NOT see every thread or post, and we will NOT respond to every whiney little complaint.
Maybe if more real people stepped up to the plate and were good candidates for being moderators, then the moderation on the forums would be better.
Believe me, we're always on the lookout for our next addition to the moderation team. But it's not usually a very clear answer who would make a good moderator. And more importantly, some of the people who would make excellent moderators CANNOT or WILL NOT take the position.

^ 'Tis true. I mod on 2 other forums and half the time you really don't feel like putting up with people's ****. It's not a fun "job" at all, and I can see why people otherwise qualified for the position don't want to do it.

Well said Wired 24/7.
I'm in same boat as you. Mod on a few other forums too.
Perhaps to those grizzling, step back and take the time to appreciate all the time and effort the mods & admins put into keeping this forum running, in their own time. Without them there would be no my350z.

Why does it even matter. I think most of us that are mature, can handle ourselves. Don't let the kids get on your nerves. Just ignore them. The moderators are not here to sit there and babysit every person that makes a thread that is immature or not neccessary. Don't get me wrong, they should inforce rules, but do you think they want to spend there time on here just trying to fix everyones mistakes?

I'd be a mod, but I don't think too many people would like that.
