I know the rest of the 350Z community thinks My350z.com is a joke because no one polices the immature threads, is there any chance of cleaning up this forum or is it just better to stick to the other forums out there?

 

i personally think our moderators r great...but their not perfect...u cant expect them to delete all noob threads and clean up new members mess all the time...sometimes the enjoyment of my350z is bashing on the noobs...tellin them they FAIL and to get ready to put on their flamesuit! honestly i think if it wasnt for all the...noobs, ricers, immature kids, and icy hot stunnaz this forum wouldnt be as great as it is.

What threads? Are you talking about the ones in Off-Topic? If you don't like those, don't go in or read them.

we believe you need to be administered and moderated as a forum, not to be babysat as kids.

Not everyone think like you. Others may see YOU as being immature or a "joke" as you put it. You can't please everyone. We can just move forward as a whole, and not individuals.

Also, we cannot see everything. If you see something we don't, feel free to report the post to us. Sometimes we may overlook the 100 threads and 5000 posts created daily.

Certainly the "downfall" of my350z is a result of the ever declining price of used Z's and the influx of teeny boppers with no technical knoweledge or respect for those who have it, and not the moderators.

 

This site is the most popular 350Z site for a reason.

I think a great addition to the mod team would be modified350z. Someone with the fastest 350z in the land would definetly be able to guide people correctly in modding their Z. He has also proven to be level headed and has a thick skin that moderators need to endure the constant bashing such as in this thread.

By the way, to prevent taking this thread off topic... The mods are fine. There are younger kids here, but some actually contribute to the site. I'm 18, and I don't seem to generate a lot of hate.

And Nitrouz has a point, they're supposed to moderate, not baby sit and scold us for every slip-up we have. That's what Hraes and VO are for.

 

I think that there is similarities between being a moderator of a site like this, and officiating a basketball or football game. The best officials will let the players play, and not ruin the rhythm of the game by blowing their whistles all the time. Let the players play!!!! I applaud the moderators here. Job well done!
