I have a 405 lb bench for 2 reps, i can should press 125lb dumbells for like 5-6 reps, I can leg press 14 plates on each side of the machine for 4 reps, i dont do squats it kills my knees, and I deadlift 455 for 2-3 reps. In this pic I was only 185 lbs at 5'9" I am now 210 although a little less cut but ill fix that for the summer.

Hello Everyone
After reading all of the posts on this subject, I tend to agree that this sub-forum can actually be beneficial to all that are interested. If you are not interested then don't click on this forum. It is ironic that I am reading this post especialy since I am suppose to begin my workout schedule again today after work. If anyone is interested, my workout schedule is as follows.
Monday: Chest and Triceps, Abs and Cardio
Tuesday: Back and Biceps, Abs and Cardio
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Shoulders and Traps, Abs and Cardio
Friday: Legs, Abs and Cardio
I am not a body-builder, I just want to improve in a few areas. I am not getting any younger and I want to make 40 years old the new 30. lol
Bigger Chest,Bigger Arms, stronger core, and stronger legs, as well as lose some body fat. Good luck with all of your short-term and long-term goals...

So...any news on whether we're getting a sub forum or not? I think it would help, even if just for motivation, to other members as well as a place where people can come in and share routines, diets, supplements, etc....
