Default Fitness/Nutrition Section

seriously, there should be a bodybuilding section and diet section and stuff like that

lotta of people on here talks stuff like and been asking for advice...usually OT is good..but it's even better when we have a section for it

i know it's a car forum..but we should have a bodybuilding section in the OT forum..

i'm just giving a suggestion. that's all.

cuz today there's been talks about bodybuilding and all and i wonder why there isnt a section about it..thought it would be cool to have it consideirng that there are fitness gurus on this site.

im in, but i'm more in it for strength/lean than bulky size.

for example:
goals: 100 lat pulls in 1 hr.
1 planche pushup

I will concede that this is probably a better idea than the Fire arm forum.

I think it's a good idea too...

Just fyi, www.bodyspace.com is a great online forum for this subject... similar to myspace but for fitness oriented people. Bodyspace and www.bodybuilding.com can tell you pretty much all you could possibly want to know about the subject.

everybody seems to agree..Mods..please allow us to have a section on this..it can be useful

we can talk about workout programs, diet plan, supplement facts and we can have people to give their body workout plan and diet plan so that we can see how it is helping them

this could help us all here and also motivates us!!

A bodybuilding section will get no traffic. And too many sub-forums water down off-topic.

I interested in workout/bodybuilding threads, but I'm against a bodybuilding sub-forum.

Last time i checked this was a Z forum. Not a scattered topic forum.. Offtopic seems reasonable for that.

If not go to Bodybuilding.com Much more knowlegable people there.

Not sure about calling it Bodybuilding forum, but maybe a fitness/nutrition subforum.

well yes, that was my mistake, i was being too general about the section name..to be more specific "fitness/nutrition" subforum would be a better name for the section.

thanks for clearing that up!
