i keep getting lagged, told the page is not available. is it just me or anyone else

I was having this problem at work. I thought after 3 years of surfing this site at work they finally blocked it. But it still works.

Is the work on the servers on the 1st still causing lag today on the 4th? Or is it just all the extra traffic from the Driver refugees over here? Or is there another reason this site has been SLOOOOW?
