I received feedback but it didn't hit my feedback count...did they do it wrong?

 

That happened to me twice, I asked them to send it again and it worked.

Who is the user? I would like to see what he is doing/not doing. I just left you feedback and it worked. You now have 16 so the system is working... I'll delete it now. But do let me know that name of the person so I can make contact.
