All I can say is contact IB and complain. They have basically taken all powers away from us.

What's going on? Is it some kind of cost saving move going to some budget server? It must be temporary. I'm not a Premier Member for a site to be this slow.

If it continues what's the best way to get a hold of IB?

Also contact IB Adrian on here. He seems to be the only person from IB who even visits the site or at least responds to anything. Good luck
