Hey my Itrader went down from 20 to 18 after the update for some reason. It still says 20 total positive 100% feedbacks but only shows the number 18 any reason why?

 

do you have some from the same member?

Mine went down as well. Its because ive done transactions with the same person 3 times. I get the point about inflated itraders. But its also unfair since the my ratings were all from different transactions

 

itraders from the same members are only = 1 itrader instead of 1 for each transaction.

I looked at the settings and it's set so that you should see multiple ratings from the same trader, but for some reason, it's not changing over.

IB staff are looking into this, so hopefully it'll be fixed later today. I apologize for the inconvenience.
