I have to say this...

the fancy black background pop-up window when you hover over attachments sucks bawls.

I am about to lose my mind. It is mind bogglingly slow... tried multiple browsers, even chrome. Please get rid of this useless and slow feature. It even feels slow on my practically top of the line computer (e8400). It sucks. Who invented this feature??

I personally didn't have a problem opening attachments in new tabs in the "old version"... they used to load instantly and they didn't used to dominate my entire computer screen, nor did they used to make my work computer (P4) stall when my mouse hovers over them.

I do like the aesthetics of it, but I do agree that it's damn slow.

 

but the question really is... can you get it to pop up **** in the background?

 

evidently its called the "lightbox" feature and its total trash.
It pops up when i mouse over a damn picture.
Thats not what is suppose to happen when i mouse over stuff.
Now i have to navigate my mouse around the screen to avoid going over pics or else i have to wait for them to load then click the little X

i hate it too! wont work on my iphone so i can no longer view attachments on my phone.

waits to see if Vo starts to complain about now being able to see the good pics at work.........change is upon us!

I have changed it to only do it on a click, as opposed to a "hover" like before.

You can still open it in a new window. Click on the picture once its in the funky black box

 

Sorry Adrian, I still don't like the black box thingy. I, along with everyone else I'm sure, are quite partial to the old attachment style...

 

I don't think he(Adrian) can revert back to how it was in older vb versions. This feature suppose to be one of the new "perks" of the vb 3.7.3. It annoying but eh what can you do.
