Default How about a READ THIS BEFORE POSTING post?

Can we please get a stickied note in every forum that says READ THIS BEFORE POSTING that has some basic forum guidelines?

1. DO A SEARCH BEFORE POSTING.

...This seems to be getting worse

2. ADD A ? AT THE END IF ITS A REQUEST OR QUESTION

...I'm tired of clicking links like "1/4 MILE TIME FOR THE SC" or "NISMO ECU AVAILABLE" only to see a stupid question like "So, when will we see it?"

There's a lot of new members that do this and they're wasting peoples time, bandwidth and making searching for something a pain when there's 500 posts regarding a nismo ecu, yet only 5-6 of them have info.
