Your hood has already been shipped, but I see you have decided to file a chargeback without allowing me to even respond to ths e-mail. We will put a stop shipment on your package unless you remove you paypal dispute.

If you have already shipped the product, then you should have a tracking number. If you can give me a tracking number that I can verify, I will be glad to remove the paypal dispute.

I DO want the hood (and YES, it is a GREAT price), and I would like to continue to do business with you as well as be able to recommend you highly to my friends and forum members.

Let's see if we can work this out.

Thanks,
Scott Velenovsky

We are closed on the weekends Scott. I have no way of getting your tracking information until tomorrow and by that time it will have been to late. I will be forced to cancel your shipment tonight. I can not have a package being delivered to your without your payment. I'm sure you understand.

Why will waiting until tomorrow be too late?

Why would you not just remove it, it's pretty clear we aren't going anywhere. We have done nothing wrong but have now received 4 chargebacks in a matter of 10 hours because IB is on a witch hunt for ShowstoppersUSA. I'm not going to sit here and argue with you. You can either remove the dispute or you can go buy it elsewhere for $50+ more.

The paypal item is in "dispute". It is NOT a chargeback....yet. During this phase we are given time to work out the issue. I have NOT escalated this to a true claim. We can easily wait until tomorrow to get this straight.

So the order has been shipped, and yet he has to wait till next week? What kind of sack of shiet was that? Why not PM you or email you the tracking number when he obtained the tracking number? Sorry to say, but this is another tactic used to bargain with you. Jim has gone lower than low to try to redeem himself.... Since my ordeal with him last year, i will never do business with Mastergrade nor Showstoppers ever again.

Send them a certified letter stating that it is considered the beginning of legal correspondence as far as getting your order resolved. Ask for him to please contact you as soon as possible, etc. Otherwise it will go to the courts.

It seems that unless they have the chance of having money taken away from them they don't bother with customer service.

Here's an idea. "sales@mastergrade" aka Jim@showstoppers was a paying vendor correct?

Either way he was selling in the vendor section after the Jim@showstoppers acct. was banned. How bout keeping up a little better w/ this (it didn't take a damn rocket scientist to figure out it was Jim....and he had been using that account for a bit now....) or waiting for an approval to join (as in mods/staff/IB have to approve your account before you can post anything.)

I'm not sure how the vendors on this site work but many major car and gun forums I'm on, no one can just say, "Hey IB here's a check for vendor status, okay now I'm a vendor".

Just seems to me this site has had a rash of bad vendors and IB just leave's it's members here hanging when they delete threads/accounts/etc w/out any true heads up.

Anyways...just a bit of a rant.

The latest from my side is that he is going to get me a tracking # tomorrow which should show that my hood was shipped Thursday.

I'll have more to share later. I hope to be able to tell you guyz later that this vendor and seller are on the up and up.

^ From the emails posted above it seems like he just wants you guys to close your dispute with him on pay pal. That wat when you dont get your product you cant do anything about it. Thats just what I think though, I would get my money back and go somewhere else. Just my .02

Don't be surprised if "Mastergrade" is owned by jim and his "partner" in crime.

99.8% identical content in their Terms
http://www.showstoppersusa.com/terms.html
http://www.mastergrademotorsport.com/terms.html

Mastergrade's only contact info (on the bottom right hand corner of the website) is a mobile phone in Minneapolis. If i remember correctly, didn't Jim used to say on this board that he frequents Minnesota because that's where his faimly lived?
http://www.mastergrademotorsport.com/

Why did Mastergrade sign up as a my350z all of a sudden?
Just to let you know, Jim is a 20 some year old college student who does the answers on the phone while "Chuck" is the pickup guy that drives the van around.

I don't know Jim so if the mods want to delete this post then fine. I use to live in Minnesota and he goes to college in Mankato. When he was selling for show stoppers he listed his location as somewhere in Ca. When in fact he was in Mn. He's on a local forum under his old screen name iheartcarbonfiber on that site. It always bugged me that he was telling people that he was in Ca when he was actually in Mn.

There is a link to his user page. If you want you can look through his posts and see the pics of his car and snow and all that kind of ****. Like I said if this post is off base then you can delete it. Just my 2 cents.
