now i've never dealt with m1. but imo.i can't believe we have to make threads about a vendor not taking care of his customers to get issues resolved. if this thread wasn't made how much longer would it be before you got you're money back. sure he took care of the issue after you made this thread but that doesn't forgive that he ignored a cust. who paid several hundreds of dollars for two months. i would have requested a chargeback from the cc company and then reported him to the better business bureau. and now he is asking for peace of mind. how about ignoring him for two months? nothing against m1 but thats not how one does business. being busy is no excuse. just my 2 cents...

Guys Pete is a stand up vendor on this site. Please use your best judjment when starting these threads as they can be very hurtfull to his buisness. We dont want to loose one of the best bodykit vendors on this site for a simple misunderstanding.

I told him I would start a thread, and until I actually did start one I didnt get results. I used tons of patience and judgement. The thread isnt hurtful to his business, the fact he left it up to me to call and PM him for updates, and his horrible customer service and dragging his feet for 2 months that may be bad for business but certainly not me or this thread.

Refund is posted back on my card, Peter, I'm sure you are a stand up vendor but after this whole deal I will never recommend anyone to your business and you will never see me as a customer again.

i wouldnt blame you. but with the situation at hand i was never informed til months later that the customer that had your hatch refused the pick up from the shipping carrier which i sent to pick up your product. not your fault at all. i admit fault for not being able to figure it out sooner

I understand totally. I never thought you were dodging me on purpose, just that you shouldnt have made the deal until the hatch was in your physical possession. Either way this is over now, and I appreciate the refund. Thanks to the moderators for your help as well.

ME too! I cant believe Im writing this up to begin with but i have no choice. I ordered my parts back in march and was charged on my account for a rear bumper on 3-4-09 and was charged for my front bumper and and sideskirts on 4-1-09....
I have been more than patient....Richie, Eric, never replied to my pms or posts!
I spoke to other members who ordered way after I made my purchase and they got their stuff way before I did.
So what happened? My order was never put it for the front bumper or any of my stuff? Who knows?


Even though I just spoke to Peter today monday May the 4th 2009 at 3:30pm, he guarrantees he will ship it out this friday the 8th, and I will get my stuff by Wednesday May the 13th.
The Clock is ticking, If Not I will have to ask to a full Refund!
My intention are not too hurt anyone's reputation, but I do feel I have been left out in the dark and forgotten. First it was showstoppers, then Other members not shipping...seems like the sale is made money is taken and the products are never shipped.

For now, I have to trust M1autosport will deliver on their part as far confirmation, tracking #s of my parts being shipped as well as QUALITY.I also expect a FULL receipt of the services rendered.
I just want my parts or my refund...I never asked for anything else.

and If peter lives up to his Word ,as so many of us here trust him to do so, I will post pictures of his products to give him the credit he deserves for making everything right and I will personally vouch for him. I just hope everything was a big misunderstanding.

I will keep everyone posted as far as how this turned out.

I have not heard anything from m1autosport yet, still waiting. I will call them friday to check the shipping status of my things.

What a surprise. No shipping yet. I talked to peter and it seems there are fitment issues with the sideskirts. Coincidence parhaps? or are they having real firment issues?
What do you guys think?

Now I have to wait till tuesday before all this gets done and ready to be shipped. He told me my front and rear bumper are both done and I asked him to post pictures...I want to see these "finished parts" today.
and if they are done...why not ship them out the moment they were done?

Why the hell would they ship you two parts of a kit with more parts? He's probably waiting to ship it together since shipping it separately would rape them with shipping.

If it's a replica kit, more than likely, there are fitment issues. Maybe he is trying to get you the best fitting kit he can to save you money and to make a good sale.

What kit did you buy anyway?

If it's a replica kit, more than likely, there are fitment issues. Maybe he is trying to get you the best fitting kit he can to save you money and to make a good sale.

First I ordered the rear oem bumper back in march 4 within 5 days I ordered the nismo jdm sideskirts to go along with it and cwest rear addons. Was told by mautosport it would take about a week to do the sideskirts on top of the two weeks it would take to do the rear bumper. ok fine I can wait an extra week. However I was told the parts were finished back on may 25th and would be shipped later that week.
ok cool ,rear oem along with sideskirts being shipped in one box this week is what I thought, now I can order a nismo v2 front bumper as well since I killed mine that same week.

I called to confirm the shipping status on may 28 and was told my parts were done by different salesmen at M1... but were NEVER shipped. I asked for pictures of the finished products or a tracking number but I got none because its still sitting in the shop.
im still waiting. So was my order forgotten or something? to this day I still cant get a straight answer, someone to return my calls, richie or eric never reply to my pms or posts. I also have to Initiate every phone call to check progress just like astrozombie did.
I have lots of patience but... come on, if the part is done why not ship it out after a month of being done?
Besides it no like you can fit a rear bumper,sideskirts and a front bumper all in a single box

Good luck man, keep on him. That was the thing that made me mad about my transaction. Call and PM everyday, the only way to get your parts or money back is to bug the **** out of Peter. What a disgraceful way to run a business.

must of been a hell of a box. I could care less what box size it is as long as peter would just ship out my things since they are finished. I still have to check the quality of the products, is they are defective they are going right back to m1autosport.

I have been reading other threads and it seems like Im not the only one having problems but the other members dont want to point fingers.
Everyone should be aware of what is going on at all times with a vendor.

I truly want to believe peter and the entire team at m1autosport, I dont mean to point you guys out, or thrash you in anyway... but I have been waiting 2 MONTHS to get my parts from M1autosport. I made my first purchase with them on march 3rd and I understood you guys were "low" on parts and waited a bit.
Peter told me friday on may the 8th my parts would be done by tomarrow may the 11th and be shipped out that same day.
It seems like everytime I call Peter needs another week to work on my parts.
I have called many times and has been transfered around more times that I can remember. When I do get to talk to someone and they assure my parts are done, I simply ask them to just post pictures of my "Finished" products or send me pictures of them to my email to confirm they have been finished,
however I have gotten NO responses or pictures from Eric richie or peter.

You all may check my posts under the Vendor Classifieds-body exterior(under any of their threads) and see how all my posts go unanswered.

Im am a very patient guy and you guys at m1autosport have had more than enough time to deliver on your end.
Im Still giving you guys the benefit of the doubt, that you can have my parts done and shipped by tomarrow monday may the 11th, and I still expect QUALITY parts from you guys and I will check them when I recieve them.
I will call tomarrow and if you guys have not shipped my stuff by noon please just refund my credit that is over 2 G's.

I understand how mistakes can be made but I have been more than patient and linient and from what I can see not much has been done to correct the problem.
How are you guys, Peter Eric and Richie, at M1autosport gonna handle this for me?

While I totally agree w/ you, I'm not sure why IB or my350 feels the need to keep these Vendors around...but then again...I know money talks.
