One way to do this is to 'Right Click' on the image>Properties>'Copy' the URL>Paste in between Then it should work like this...

Quote my post to see how the image is set up.

If you have the pic on your computer and you want to post it (it has to be 200,000 bytes or smaller), hit the POST REPLY button on the bottom right of the screen after the last post in the thread.

There will be a gray box in which to type in the text of your post. Then just below the gray box is a space called ATTACH IMAGE. to the right of this is a BROWSE button. Hit this button and another window will open up. You browse your computer's hard drive until you find the title of the picture you want to post. You then double click on the picture title and it is placed into the ATTACH IMAGE box.

You then hit SUBMIT POST.

That's it.

IF the picture you want to post is NOT on your computer but instead is posted on the internet somewhere, you do what was described in the previous post. Right click on the pic, find the PROPERTIES of the pic and then COPY the URL (the http:// stuff) then go to the POST REPLY button again and just above the gray box (where you type in your text) there is an IMAGE button. Hit that and another box opens up. You then PASTE the URL of the pic into this box (it already has the http:// so you have to erase it first otherwise when you paste the URL into the box it will start with "http://http://.....) It won't work if it is in there twice.

Then just hit the submit reply button.

Good luck.

Now I am confused. I thought my pic would be displayed in my post, not just accesable as an attachment. Obviously computers are not my forte'. Also, I resized my pic from 900kb to 185kb, and it made the pic out of focus. Help ! Thanks , Ken

You'll need to change it to a .jpg format. .bmp format displays like yours did. If you have photoshop you can do this.

yeah, nothing wrong with how you did it, just how the system works, bitmaps are ussually larger, so Id imagine the system compensates for this by putting a link so it isnt reloaded over and over, but instead only when a person wants to see it.

just swap it over to jpg, photoshop can, but is a bit pricey, most photoediting software can do it too, just hit save as and choost jpeg under file type.
