We had one loser complaining that a Racing Video was posted in the "Racing Forums" and for some reason i can't seem to find it when i went to show it to my friend today. Please don't tell me that someone deleted it because that would be bull ****.

It did not have a 350Z in it so you know thats against the rules

I completely agree with you...I didn't mind the thread at all...actually thought it was kinda cool. I like watching vids of many cars, not just Zs....

 

I like this site and frequent it mainly because there is usually a level of maturity here that is high. The thread disappearing is starting to change my mind though and is disappointing.

Mods happened to it.

I reported it to the mods (who have working brains) and they came to the only logical conclusion. As big a "loser" as you guys might accuse me of being, I'm obviously not wrong. That's all I'll say about that, I'm not one for "rubbing it in" or whatever....so ease up!

I don't think it should have been deleted, though...locked, sure, but everyone is owed an explanation when action like that is taken.

 

The LOGICAL decision would have been to move it to the vehicles or off-topic forums....at worst.

Richard, I think you overreacted just a bit to the thread. There are plenty of other threads in this forum that don't make ONE mention of the 350Z yet I don't see you all over them like flies on poop.

 

Yeah, gotta agree with the others here. So what if it's a 350z website. Does that mean the only thing we can talk about is 350Z's. Seems pretty **** to me.

 

Why would you report it? Why should it have been locked? The only logic to any your posts is that they end, but the logical thing should have been not to start them.

 

I'll disregard your shot at insulting me. I reported it because

A.) It had nothing to do with the subject matter of this forum
B.) The poster tried repeatedly to publish my home address

The first one breaks forum organization policy, and the second one is a major violation of the terms of service. If it were up to me, the guy who did that (thread starter) would be banned in a heartbeat.

If you have some problems with the fact that this forum is designed/moderated for 350Z race stories, take them up with the management. That is an understandable thing, and apparently something that more than one person here feels. Blaming me for pointing out pre-existing rules (and suggesting that you follow them) is irrational and won't get you anywhere. If you have an issue, there are more constructive ways to get things done.

Personally, I don't feel like this is an incorrect treatment of the situation. There are several other sub forums here where you can post completely unrelated content and not have problems -- not to mention the plethora of other forums on the internet where I'm sure you'd find more common interests with people who own the same car as you.

Wow, you have a lot of excess time on your hands. This is a car forum, people talk about cars. Sometimes other makes/models get brought up, big deal. If you didn't like it, then simply ingnore it.

 

True I apologized for it. I visit this forum from time to time and did not notice that the race forum was an exclusive 350z only now.

for the people that wanted to see the video i will post them in off topic. I have about 300 videos of various cars racing. I love cars.

When I tell people I love cars i just do not love the LS1. I like all fast cars. I am not narrow minded in the least bit.
