I was reading the thread "Intense Motorsports gots a Power Enterprise TT" in the Engine/Drivetrain/Forced Induction section today. I went back to read it again tonight and it is gone. Even when I do a search, it does not show up. Does anyone know why?

I don't know what that guy is trying to pull.

Then he posts a picture of the kit in red expecting us to believe it, when all he did was photoshop a j-spec picture which was originally blue. Seeing as how PE doesn't make red kits, this guy is an idiot.

First of all I didn't know that Intense Motorsports
was lying about having a PE TT and about making the kit
red i just wanted to see how it would look in red and I don't work for
nobody like PE of Intense Motorsports I was just informing the
350z club members that they had one but didnt know they were lying.

Someone should still contact Intense Motorsports and raise the BS flag.

 

I'm on it - their shop is 2 miles away from work so I plan on stopping by for a visit this pm. But in all fairness to them, their website does say that they have one turbo kit for order, with an end of October delivery date.

I believe this thread is a case of some bad assumptions, half-truths and maybe overreactions, JMHO.

 

illegal imports, why do you keep trying to advertise for Intense Motorsport? if they want they can do it themself.

 

Seems odd that they would have one for sale considering that it's supposed to be "officially" released at SEMA. Also seems odd that they would get one before Cheston. ?????

 

Chestons car is the ONLY one with the kit, and his kit is en route as we speak.

PE will be at SEMA and will show the kit, I would not expect to see units before X Mas. PE is not a large company at all, and has had a tough time in the past keeping up with demand - I suspect this will be a similar occurance.

 

Also worth noting, Intense isn't a particularly reputable company, to be kind about it. Straight from BBB's (Better Business Bureau) website (http://www.phoenix.bbb.org/commonrep...567&national=Y):

Always, always, always check with the BBB before ordering anything online, especially high-value parts like aerokits and engine components.

We shipped Intense Motorsports a 350Z turbo kit. They were number 2 in the country to get it. Number 3 went to CarVersion 2 in Delaware. Cheston still has yet to receive his kit...and no, Cheston's car was not the first to receive a production kit. BBBT (Big Bad Black Trax) was. His car was at SEMA (old news....)
No turbo kits will be available until mid January 2004. I hope this cleared a lot of things up. We had a smooth transaction with Intense Motorsports.
