Ok, you guys....this has to stop. You need to realize why many of us come to this board and which is your most popular area....OT.
No, it's not because VO's running pictures. It's because its funny to BS with other adults and act in a manner we wouldn't in real life.
We come there because of funny members long term members.....who just so happen seem to be the members you seem to ban all the time. Phreak, Desi, TX (even though I normally enjoy that). You remove a few more people and you just might get what you seem to be hunting for.....a drop in patronage from people who frequent the boards....and spend money here.
Is Desi some rich kid that is spoon fed by mommy and daddy....yes. Is he fun to mess with.....yes. Does he post stuff he shouldn't......Im sure he does....but don't continue to take the reason I log on every day away from us.
If you need some place to prove your manhood, I'm sure you have many other outlets in life. Just please stop taking away the fun from My350Z. I would NEVER want to be a mod here, because I'm consistently immature and would most likely spitefully ban everyone just for fun. There's a REASON I'm not a mod........maybe the admins need to ask that same question of a couple people running around here.

Well if people would follow rules after the umteenth time being warned, infracted, or banned then maybe we wouldn't have to ban these members. It's really funny when Phreak gets banned and everyone talks crap on him for a few weeks until he returns, but taking him away for months really drops the value of the forum as a whole.
No question this is adult babysitting, but you guys know that before signing up! Reminds me of when I volunteered at a summer camp. Those kids were f-ing monkey fed cocaine, but seriously.....they're there to have a good time and make cool memories. They'd get in trouble all the time.....and I mean all the time. No infraction ever really took away from their overall experience which is exactly what I feel like these long term bans do.
No, its because I'm not cut out to be one. It's like handing lit dynamite to a 10 year old. No good would come from it. Not to mention I hate babysitting adults that feel like they can be 5 years olds online. I'd much rather have fun and BE the 5 year old.

This is Desiz_06. I know i have made another username and i know such is a violation of TOU.
I am aware of the facts that i have been warned, handed infractions and been banned few times in the past. However, this time i feel that a mod's decision is in error.
I did not "intentionally" put up a GIF picture of something nude or R-rated material. What i did was within reason. It was posted in a thread with a tag saying "NSFW".
The gif was simple. It was an act of giving handjob by natalie portman. the private area was not exposed.
I thought it was funny. Perhaps not to a mod. Maybe his view was different.
I know that r-rated materials should posted in AG section. But what i did or thought i did was within reasons and with awareness of the TOU.
I know some members here do not like me or like me. But i have love/hate relationship with the forum. I paid for the membership which shows my loyalty and love for this site. I love coming here in the morning before classes and have a laugh or two in the OT section. I don't take internet seriously. I like teufal, dave, vo, midtx, calin, phreaktor, surfcity, legacy (even though he annoys me but he's aite in my book), ct and few others.
I am not going to call out on anyone but i think there's an error in judgement or perhap an error being made to think that i have made a certain "intention" of posting that would warrant a ban which isn't the case, thats all.
I respect his decision being made and enforced. But 6 months is a long time. Teufal is right, i was almost considering not coming back. But this site is so addicting that i have to visit it to get some lulz.
anyway, from this point forward, if i should be remain banned or permaban for any reason, so be it.
I have respectively private message the mod about this and i am awaiting his response.

being here for a long time does not give you free run of the site or the right to do as you please. I guess some people never learn.
