Default VDC Light, SLIP, and Check Engine Light Problem

I was changing my O2 sensor and once everything was said and done I turned on my car and the check engine light came on along with VDC and SLIP light and it wasn’t letting accelerate above 3k rpms. I put the old one back in and it’s still the same I don’t know what I did wrong. I need help asap

The car is basically going into limp mode because of an issue. You need to back-track what you did/ took apart, and make sure everything is installed correctly. Such as the plugs on all of the sensors, if you had to remove any.

Try to disconnect the battery for an hour or so, and then see if the issue persists. Also, it would help to read the codes if any from the CEL.

its probably because you posted in the wrong section.... this subforum is for suggestions to make the forum better. it clearly states that it is not for asking car questions
