Default Ticking noise

So I was out driving my z and I parked up noticing a audible ticking sound when revving low rpm. I never beat on the car, change my oil regularly and don’t really even drive much to be honest. The car also only has 70k miles and is fully stock besides an exhaust. Im planning to take it to a z shop here in so cal but just want some advice on if it’s normal or not. Here’s a video of it.

I didn't hear anything out of the ordinary on your very brief audio file. If you're truly concerned about the condition of your engine, have a used oil analysis (UOA) done to check the condition of your VQ. Remember that there will always be a certain amount of ticking sounds as materials expand and contract as the engine warms up and down.

Ok cool I’ll definitely get an analysis done. I’ve just never noticed the sound before so I’m a bit concerned. I also notice it doesn’t really make the sound much until I’ve driving for a bit and the cars fully up to temp.
