I know you guys explain this all the time but I'm a caveman when it come to computers. I finally have pics of my Z and want to put them up. How please....

You have to use the Post Reply button to post pics in an existent thread.

From there, you either have to link the images to valid Web addresses using IMG tags, or attach them to the thread via the button near the bottom of the page. Applicable file types for this board are .GIF and .JPG

 

also, if you use the "attach file" from your computer, the image cannot be larger than 640x480... i think that is what the limit is.

 

Thanks and sorry but how do I attach to a thread? I think I'm almost there. If you get me there I'll post a pic of my wife in her swimsuit. i think she's hot and I live w/ her...

 

Just tried and file size was too big. How do I downsize?

 

Go to the Post Reply and then scroll down to the area that says Attach File.

Your image file has to be smaller than 200k and not exceeding 640x480 in resolution.

Click the Browse button and then find the image on your HD. Find the file and then click OK.

When you click Submit Reply, the image should appear with your post. If there is an error with the file parameters, the forum software will alert you accordingly.

Now post 'em up

 

Use an image editor like Photoshop. Or you could use MS Paint, but the compression comes out pretty horribly though.
