So my car has been sitting for the last 4 months, unfortunately due to bad weather and road construction on my main path to work. After the vortech was installed the car idled at about 20 psi and would go to 100 under full load/boost. I started the car today, actually had to jump start it in my garage, and it idled at about 10 -15 psi. Now all my other idiot lights are fine, egt is fine, seems to warm up and idle fine. When i rev it, the gauge kind of spikes and flutters a bit. Im a little paranoid that i have no oil pressure, like maybe when they drilled the pan a shaving got in to the oil pump? I know the put in the new oil after the install and i saw the car on the hoist and it had a orange sealant on the pan, so im assuming the did the clean drill and tap. Oh and before i forget, probably the most important thing, its an autometer oil gauge i have. I know they are cheap but you would think it would not crap out so soon.
PS: are our batteries that crappy. I ran the car for 10 min. Shut it off and it was dead again.
TIA

Did you warm the car up all the way ?....drive it for 30 minutes or so ? That would give the time for oil to get hot and every thing to get back to where it was before you stored it for 4 months . Your battery is more than likely shot . You need to take it out if you store it for that long
