Whats up everyone! Ive been wanting to talk to people that have the stillen supercharger. i am really leaning towards getting it, i just want to make the right decision about getting that one over the other kits, or even goin TT. Any numbers ? I know stock the pulley is 5.71 psi and u can get a 7 lb puley for a lil more power... Has anyone pushed more than that??? how much can the supercharger/ engine handle??

 

the supercharger cant handle all that much more than 10 I think

Accd'ing to Stillen, 8psi max. Stage 3 is just above 7psi (like, 7.3 or something). Stage 2 is 6.3psi. My car runs 300whp with 6.3psi (Stage 2) and cat-back. So, numbers will vary .

You'll need an M90 blower to make more boost. Current kits have M62s, as far as I know. Too small. Also, the intercooler core is, like, 0.75" thick. Probably why they had to go with M62. Proper core should be over 2" thick, but then there is no hood clearance.

Get a turbo.

board member bldrz makes up to 12lb pulleys for the stillen, and says they work with no problem.

 

who is board member bldrz and what kind of numbers is he pushing? I went down to stillen and they gave me a ride in the Stage 3 Z. It was prety impressive. They also said i had to get rid of my headers and race pipes due to the fact that the supercharger cant spin fast enough to keep up with all the airflow. good thing is that they are gonna give me credit for them.
they also said that i could run like a 30-40 shot of nitrous to keep the intercooler cooler no problem.. opinions???

 

I had full exhaust, headers, cats, injen intake, nismo cams, 10.5:1 compression forged pistons, forged aluminum rods, nismo wheels, Technosquare, full suspension, Nitrous intercooler sprayer

made 360whp in an airconditioned room after a hefty spray of nitrous
