Default Built engine parts ratings (necessary or not)?

ok I need some ratings on things I want to do to my engine you can rate them as either 1-10, dumb-smart, necesssary-not necessary-overkill... just give me your ideas... it may help out others choices... here is the setup..

Goal: 600WHP possibly more if I can control the car on the road.

BOTTOM END

Forged Arias Pistons 8.6:1
Forged Pauter Rods
Stock Crank
Balanced and Blueprinted Bottom
Ceramic Coated pistons and bearings
ARP Head and Main Studs

TOP END
SGP Racing 1mm+ valves
SGP Racing Heavy Duty Springs
SGP Racing Ti Retainers
JWT Turbo Cams
P&P

OTHERS:
AAM Fuel System
550cc Injectors
APS Plenum
350evo Bored Throttle
NISMO Metal Head Gasket
APS larger Oil Pan
Blitz or ARC radiator with Higher PSI Cap
SGP Racing Turbo ECU upgrade
ATS CC Clutch and Flywheel
UR Pullies
Wire Grounding Kit
GReddy Oil Catch Can
2 step colder Spark Plugs
NISMO Thermostat

Well thats what my engine project calls for.... then its all about the bling.... what do you think is needed and what do you think is not..... for reliability, durability, and performance... for 600+ WHP thanks ahead of time for your coments.

You may need to go with larger injectors. 600 at the wheels is ~725/750at the motor. For safe injector duty cycle and conservative bsfc you may need to look at 720s.

Type S BOV will only handle 15psi. Type R sounds awesome and is a direct bolt on.
