Default APS TT & Dynojet

Here is a pic of my post installation (APS TT) Dynojet test. Max HP 404. The printout also shows the baseline run done in July of 230 HP. No doubt there has been a significant gain in power. Stock boost at 7 psi.
More fine tuning to be done after the holidays.

Is that Dyno with just the turbo added or is their also exhaust or other goodies involved? Because if its just the turbo and everything is stock than that is WAY IMPRESSIVE, because if you add a bigger exhaust your bound to gain more ponies and also test-pipes etc...

Wau~~~ Very Nice Numbers .......
Hey ZCool is this Dyno numbers are Tuned 7psi Boost? or just out from the Box 7 psi ?
cause as you know I'm a one of the APS guy
since we don't have any tune shop at Saipan
I can't fine tune on my APS so now I'm only base on my A/F Gauge .......
Yesterday I tryed 70 kps = 10.15 psi Boost ran very fast ...
ans my A/F was under 10:1
same time I ran with 1994 Rx7 TT with 14psi boost I get him about 1 car line
Ah Ah Don't forget this rx7 has stock turbo , Big Intercooler , Apexi FC , Aquamist ........ and running with nitto drag tire .....

I had Nismo exhaust and Helix test pipes on during this test. I've now put the stock cats back on and I'm sure I've lost some power but not much. The boost was tuned 7 psi and I was using 91 Octane.

Just curious, are you sure he was running just 14psi? I have a friend with a 93 RX7TT who on 1bar of boost and stock turbos, dynoed at 315 rwhp at dynospot racing. He also had a new FMIC, exhaust, test pipe, and a few other things. I know the car is lighter then our Z's, but wouldnt it make sense for you to pull more then 1 car length on it considering the HUGE power difference between your Z and his RX7?

It is possible that the RX7 had a bad tune and was not running as well as it hsould have been. Two weeks after being tuned at DynoSpot his motor blew, and he was running extreamly rich. But even with a better tune, the power difference should still be significant. Im just curious...

O.K the rx7 was imported from US last month
The rx dyno numbers are 330rwhp at 12psi Boost according owner of rx7
at 1/4 run 1car length is only 10th of second difference only
cause end of 1/4 we are running more than 110MPH
I think It make sense
