Exclamation Dyno Chart Forum Rules!!

Please dont post here until I'm able to put the rules in place. Replying to this thread is OK.

It mainly will be how the format of the Posts are made..

Ex..
YEAR:
Z/G:
TRANS: AUTO/MANUAL
TURBO SETUP: Greddy, APS etc etc..
DYNO TYPE:
ATTATCHED DYNO IMAGES..

I also think each contributer should have their own posts and responses to their dyno should be via PM or posted on the main Forced induction board rather than the here so it doesnt clutter things up....

Anyway, what do you all think??
If you have any suggestions

Are you talking about just using this one thread for everyone to post their results in?? That would help keep things less cluttered but it would also make it more difficult to find specific results. Maybe if there was a subsection for each brand (ie. greddy, aps, stillen, vortech, ati, hks.....). If it sounds like a dumb idea, ignore me

I dont think dyno charts and results should be specific to forced induction Zs. Us NA guys like that stuff too...

Is there a way to make the format a table style? Otherwise, the thread will become impossible to navigate...and very cumbersome.

I've seen this done before on www.350zmotoring.com as they posted up their 1/4 mile times. It was very clean and easy to sort.

Actually Yes.. I can hack that program and make it do exactly that will take some time to do but it would work

Another vote for a form --> chart style format for this.

Forum fields to include:

Air/Fuel @ 5252rpm
Air/Fuel @ Redline
ambient temp
location/shop name
dynometer (dynojet, dynopack,etc.)

Is this just for F/I people? Since it is in the F/I section?

Not to promote the other site, here is the way they did theirs.

Also note that me and Spazpilot are #7 and #8 on the table of fastest ET's.
OK, enough self promotion.

Could you also somehow incorporate a link to an actual dyno chart? I think it si pointless to allow people to post results without some proof of dyno chart. Otherwise, you'll get a bunch of people just fluffing numbers to get their name further up on the list.

Yep! We are looking pretty good there. Hopefully we will have even better numbers after our engine build. .
