I just recorded some clips with one of my EGT's going crazy if anyone wants to see it. I think its quite amusing to watch. I need a host for it though.

i tapped my EGT sensor into the left manifold if you are facing the motor from the front. EGT reads on my greddy gauge up to 7.5 ext which is normal for 7lbs of boost

However, I did notice that after I got the tp's I dont scrape bumps anymore.
Any Idea on the spastic EGT?

The spastic EGT is probably due to the fact that it is so far away and by the time the exhaust gases get to it they are turbulent causing the changes in temp reading.

pumped, I replied to his original email but haven't sent any others.
mr rizk, i put in 10 gallons from empty 2 days ago(half tank) and I only drive at most 20miles a day, thats just to school, to practice and home. and i'm already at a quarter tank. that would be less than 10mpg.

Just a thought
PS: I get around 6.8 Km/Litre which I think is about 15.9 mpg

Dlin05,
I am the one who emailed you. I did not receive a reply from you, possibly because it was filtered out. I have been getting alot of junk mail so the spam filters have been increased.
If you can please resend your reply to me, or send to my other address - jon@fastraxturbo.net

haveing 0 problems with mine I just dont like it when I am highway driving and shift to 4th to pass seems I loose power and soon as I hit 5th Its pulling again. think its because of where my rpm,s are at because the HKS starts to loose boost at 5500 but shifting to 5th at 80mph my rpms drop to around 3k and power is great there. thats why I am adding some JWT cams but anybody running or thinking about running this unit I would get the v pro makes a world of diffrence

Hks
I have had mine on for about 4 months now, it runs awesome like the power it gave the engine in low RPMs, seems to me like the strong point of the HKS is from like 10-15 mph, it goes like crazy. I have had no unusual lights, it is boosting 7psi I have my boost gauge set so the red light comes on at 7, it lights it up everytime under full boost. The S/C unit stays very very cool. Only problem I have had is getting replacement oil for the S/C from HKS. Along with the HKS i am running Nismo Cams, Nismo Catback thats it. I do have a intercooler sprayer. As far as speed, the problem at the track is traction. Im not much for racing but have raced a couple of cars that aggravated me. New mustang GT with exhaust and headers, ran off and left him from dead stop and 10 mph kick, C-5 corvette with exhaust, 2 car lengths and pulling from a 10 mph kick. So I am really pleased, cant say enough about how smooth the HKS pulls. Right now my best time is 12.87, can run 13.0 consistant, all on street tires. The track times has alot to do with the driver and I dont think i am very good at launching it, everyone tells me i baby it too much. Right now, I would not trade the HKS for anything, its been great.
