Default Vortech install??

Ok whos done it? My buddy owns a performance shop and said he will help but I would like to do it myself, like all my other mods. I plan on taking it in to get tuned. So who has done it? Were the instructions pretty good?

The instructions were excellent. You might want to go to the Vortech site and look at the "Install Manual". Make sure you have everything you need (i.e. tools and fittings) before you start. Be prepared to spend a lot of time under your car. Start at page #1, step #1 and proceed through the manual step-by-step. Don't jump around. It will take about 18-22 hours. You won't need your "buddy's" help initially, but when you start fitting it together, you will like having an extra pair of hands, especially when they know their way around a "performance shop".

Enjoy the extra hp!
