Dyno Shops have employees, people that work there and do the tuning for example.
Now if I were to work for a dyno shop that does not mean I OWN a dyno hence based on your rules I would NOT be seen as a valid tuner even though that's my job (speaking hypothetically, me personally I am not a tuner).

On the tuning issue if the dealer has not had a number of years dyno experience on a load based dyno then really it's very difficult to impart years of tuning knowledge in just a few days, this is the reason that APS develops all of the base tuning maps, you can't substitute 20 years of computer mapping and tuning experience.

Thanks

now reading that makes me feel more comfortable
Hey, while I got you on this thread how about TT compatibility for the 05 Enthusiast in the US? Is that a go or a hold off for now?
