Default Engine Damper and TT kits

Anyone try installing the Stillen Engine Dampener who has a TT kit installed?

I purchased one as i figured it would help with the passenger side turbo hitting the body on hard turns but when I got it and went out to the car it looks like it goes right were the passenger side intake tube goes. I was going to see if there is another way to install it but was wandering if anyone here has tried it.

i dont know about the engine damper really doing anything but your turbo shouldnt be hitting the car!! When installing greddy kits we typically reclock the compressor housing on that side to get it just right.

Thanks, I will pass it on to the shop as they will have the car next monday just to give it a review after 8 months just check things out.

The turbo just barely hits the body on hard left hand turns but it bugs me causing a vibration noise.

clocking the turbo in the car would be next to impossible... if your lucky and the c-clip ends are facing the perfect direction it MIGHT be possible... but I tried and failed at that once and just took it back out.

They just might take it out, they are pretty cool and mine being the first one they did they are very open to fix things as we find them after time.

But with this guy I never say impossible, he has done 3 Greddy installs which his mechanics just give up on and he just does them and can't understand the problem they have. And he just did an APS which he was told to do with the engine out and after doing it with the engine in he could not understand the reason they were insisting on removing the engine.
