I got the 1350kg also. My mom says she LIKES the clutch and its positive feeling in the peddle.

 

Sounds like she's not your average minivan auto-trans driving mom though.

 

eh... shes not very hardcore... she was never into cars really before the Z and until driving the Z she hadnt driven stick since her 88 celica that was a LONG time ago.

Unfortunately it is not the 1350 pressure plate, I drove one before I bought it. I talked to ATS and told them I wanted the Type R as opposed to the soft type which are both options on the 1100 and the 1350.

They asked me if I was going to drag race and I said yes. They should have said... Are you ONLY going to drag race. A word to the wise... stay away from the Type R unless you like the aggressive engagement in first. Luckily I was coming from a puck clutch, so it is only slightly more difficult to drive.

 

Yeah..the Type R isnt prominently mentioned in the ATS literature. ATS told me they hardly ever sell the Type R.
