Then all you guys starting building engines... demolishing my power. Then Tuan beat my stock engine HP record by having the nerve to run 10-11 psi.
My ego has been rapidly fading away as my previous dyno graph falls lower and lower in the ranks.
Well... Its time for this to change. I got my eyes set on the title "first full street car 350z at 700whp". It might take me a few months to squeeze that out tho, so you guys got some time to steal it out from under me!
The point of my post? Just a little attention, been a while since I got some.
Today my baby saw sunlight for the first time in a long time... pressure washed the engine bay... the rest of the car has a solid coat of dust from being parked by the machine shop area of my shop. Once the battery is back in and i can roll up the windows and shut the hood, I will have to detail the hell out of it.
So I can put this in tommarow:

AEBS Sleeved Block (Stock Displacement)
Arias 8.5:1 Pistons
Pauter Rods
ARP Head / Main Studs
CJM Ported Heads
JWT Camshafts
Ferrea Ti Retainers
Ferrea HD Single Valve Springs
Ferrea 1mm OS Stainless Valves
ATS Twin Disk Clutch
Bunch of other stuff

Thanks guys.
350zDCalb: If I built your car I definatly would have cleaned the bay!
calimarc: Since this is a R&D car it goes thru a lot more then just build then tune. I will be using it to test out feature premium product releases. When the car runs I do not plan on taking it any further then 550rwhp right away... actually once it runs it may just go back under the knife... I want to test the gains of what we PLAN on doing shortly at that HP level, then turn up the boost. There are some things about this engine I think should be changed before even trying that power anyway IMHO. I will let you guys know when I have something cool.

Sounds very interesting. I will definately stay tuned~! This forum is like a car magazine but better..it's free! Wish I lived near a performance shop that done 350's so I could see some of this art work in person. Til then I will stare at my APS kit that I hope to have installed late summer with some other goodies

thanks!
the only thing I am worried about is the sleeves... so many horror stories in the honda world with sleeves... if these AEBS sleeves sink i am gonna be very sad.

its when the sleeves physically sink deeper into the block and cause headgasket failure. The only fix is to rebuild again and deck the block. If it does happen to you, hope it doesnt happen again.
Looks like another monster on the making...
Just a note: The high silicon Arias pistons they make are good for 20-25psi of boost pressure, according to Arias. The zero silicon pistons they custom make are good for greater than 25psi of pressure. My guess is 25psi will probably get you pretty close to 650-700whp.

ooooooooh...i love it...can't wait to hear more details!
so...if the motor is built...what is the hold-up...it seems that you are implying that your car will be done in a few months, why not a few weeks (i'm sure you have other jobs to work on)...
