You can hook up the laptop and read what the piggyback ECU has programed in it now

 

I kinda want to start fresh, when I had the install I had a couple of g35 mdb files that i gave my installer and he put one in that overwrote the stock one that he didnt back up. I do have an email to mark at split sec for a copy though.

 

I would like to know as well.

I saved mine when I first hooked up the laptop, but the guy tuning my car overwrote the stock file with his modified one.

Basically, I don't think my car was ever tuned right and would like to start over with the stock map.

Can you get the stock map from Vortech?

I also have a 03 G35 coupe.

I think i will have a better chance of getting it from split sec. I sent them an email tonight so we will see. Ill let you know if i get it and email it to you chops.

what happens if you just create a new customer in the r4 controller ? will that not be the stock fuel maps ?

 

If you create a new customer every field will be zero.

 

You can start a new customer then read the ECU and then you'll have a copy of whats on the SS box
