Default fuel return?

How important is it to have a fuel return system if you are only going to have 350 to 400 whp? The APS single turbo kit has a fuel return and Turbonetics does not. Is not having a fuel return system ok if you are not going to exceed 8psi of boost and only having 380cc injectors? please explain thank you for everyones help

I have dyno numbers but they cannot be posted due to the inclusion in the Sport Z mag article. I do need to get to a DynoJet. i'm going to see about heading down to one this weekend or next...
