Procharger legal in california?
Did a little searching and I wanted to verify if the procharger is legal in cali. I noticed on their site that it says "street legal" but that's a whoel nother meaning in california.

I'm not sure on the S/C since I am looking for a T/C, maybe someone mre knowledgable on S/C kits can comment on those.
If you need to verify a part has CARB certification status, here is where you go.

they update it fairly quickly (like weekly) when stuff gets certified. If it isn't here, you are SOL

This is the only thing holding me back from purchasing an APS TT system. If only they knew or have an idea how many Californians are in the same boat as me.
the HKS SC is CARB certified. i have one and im looking at the official notice sent to owners right now. if your kit was made before march you need to get the fuel system check valve addition installed by you HKS authorized vehicle, and your good to go
