I'd say about 40-45 hours. Could definitely bring that down to 25-30 if I were to do it again though!

I did most of the removing over probably a week working some hours here and there. Install was from Saturday morning until monday at midnight (tuesday).

Please can you tell me what is your exhaust combination and how much boost you obtained ?

Stock plenum, APS test pipes, Injen Straight-Tip true dual exhaust. A little over 10 PSI.

A little over 10 PSI......... , that is to much for my , i hope a boost around 8.5 PSI , what kind of gas are you using ?

It's too high for me too....That's why I'm going back to stock cats. 93 octane

im so jealous... im still stuck at 9.5 psi on a car here and you guys are making 10+ with ease!! ehh...i bet if i just slightly shortened up the actuator rods i might get a psi or 2 more... only one way to find out.

Peter... interested in selling some genuine, non adjustable, OEM garret style actuators yet... or are you still gonna be selfish... i said please in another thread already!

FYI , Rob @ Z car did a test and adjusted the APS base actuators up to 10psi on the bench (~8-10 in the plenum); however, this doesn't allow much room for diaphram travel and probably wouldn't last, so we are still on a quest for a higher rate adjustable actuator that fits (for me a range of 9-15 on the actuator would be just whats needed. My target base is ~11 measured at the plenum.
