Need some advice on tuning AAM fuel system. I have the TS supercharger flash along with PE 380 injectors, car is running very rich and going through fuel like crazy. Seems to be ok under part throttle through the rev band but when you go close to wot anything above 5300 the engine hesitates and misfires.. Tail pipes are black..very rich.. Funny thing though, when you hit about 6300 rpm the engine just takes off again and runs great through to almost redline... I have my fuel regulator set to 50-53 psi..it does wander a little..not sure if others have seen this.. Any tips and tricks to help solve this would be great.. I will be contacting TS and AAM Monday fror advice abd possible reflash if required.. thx..

If you dont have any fuel management , other than TS flash . Call TS , they will have you send it back . You may have to do this several times and do a dyno and send them the A/F chart so he can get it right .

I have basically the same set up as you but I do not have the fuel management system. I just went with a TS Reflash and that is it. I do get the "Check engine light" on telling me Bank 1 and 2 are running rich but the car runs great, fuel consumption is the same before F/I and wideband O2 tells me the AF mixture is perfect. At iddle is @ 14.7 and WOT is @ 11.7.

After a chat with Technosquare it was realized that they put in the wrong fuel map.. They didn't understand that I had a pressure regulator in the system. Gone to Techno for re-flash today. Try again..
