Default Finally coming together

Well after months of trying to figure out my problems with idle and starting after the rebuild . Its finally coming together . I couldnt figure out why the car wouldnt start or idle very good . After rebuilding the short block , adding a return fuel system , 550 injectors , and cams , I just couldnt get it right .
I finally figured out it was the wiring of the Zietronix datalogger . The shop used crimp type connectors and it screwed up everything . I had them redo them the other day . I got the new T-trim blower on and got it started yesterday . Idle is great and A/F is stable ,and it starts very good . I will be road tuning to get it close and then hit the Mustang dyno to tune it further . With the help of 2JZFan . I hope to get 14psi out of the T-trim blower .
I would like to thank...Phunk...2JZFan..and GQ-626...for thier advice and every one else that contributes to this forum . I seem to learn the hard way...by making mistakes and learning from them . Spending money where I dont need to and finding out it doesnt work . I will post how it goes in the next few weeks with the tuning .
Bill

I am glad you are idling well again. I would have not have thought to look into the datalogger wiring.

I got the car up to 6,800rpm . Boost builds to 11.7psi at 6,300rpm and then drops off to 10.5psi after 6,300rpm's . I pressurized the whole intercooler , pipes , intake manifold , and motor . I put it at 25psi . I found 2 small leaks in the intake manifold , but nothing to stop boost from building . Im thinking the blower is either starving for air , or there is to much restriction in the intercooler or pipes . And maybe belt slipping [ its tight ] but still a possability . Any suggestions would be helpful

The boost leak in the plenum was bigger than I thought . I put a second gasket on and now have it up to 12.8psi and it still leveled off form 6,300rpm to 6,800rpm . I preasurized the plenum again and it still is leaking . Not as bad . A third gasket will go on Monday and tested one more time . Dyno tune it Tuesday . I put 25psi in it and my boost gauge read 18.5psi . The BOV held the preasure. If I can get the leak fix , I hope to get a little over 13psi at 6,800rpm .
