At what PSI is the kit running right now? Sorry, if it was posted and i missed it. Also, i was wondering, how would it compare to some of the TT kits on a built engine? How is the lag both in general and compared to the TT's. Sorry if thats all a lot of questions but i'm trying to compare FI kits as much as possible before buying.

The kit runs 8 PSI and was running that on his car as well. This kit achieves full boost around 3200 RPMs on my car and has been as late as 3800. About the same as the TT kits 3200-4000 depending on the TT kit. Performance is similar or better depending. This kit makes between 360-380 RWHP depending on the car as all are different. Most have seen 370 or 380. On a built engine this kit should make in the upper 500s RWHP no problem. Although on a built motor Turbonetics gives you the option of ordering a slightly larger compressor (it has been tested and does fit) capable of 600s or more. They can do any turbo you want depending on what you want....

Seeing as the Z is so sensitive to heat-soak on the dyno I wonder if these will generate more consistent as well as higher numbers.

They should generate higher numbers regardless as a result of losing less thermal energry then without the coating. As for consistency as long as the dyno shop has a decent fan this not an issue. My car had about 6 passes on the dyno with no drop in power production.

A 2003 model. However, this car was delivered in late 2002 so the PC and a couple of parts are actually 2002.

Mustang dynos are known for reading lower then others. In fact all load based dynos will read lower then a Dynojet
